Products may be returned within 90 days of purchase. No returns on opened or expired products.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is your reserved time. Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your session, lessening its effectiveness and time with the Practitioner. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you need to cancel your appointment call the office at: (262) 264-8915.
Please keep in mind no-shows or last minute cancellations leave us with empty appointment times that clients on our waiting list could have used. Because of this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

More than 24 hours notice: Appointment will be cancelled at no charge

Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the appointment price will be charged

Failure to show without notice: 100% of the appointment price will be charged
Cancellation fees are payable prior to scheduling a new appointment. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
